Lori’s management style is probably one that is grounded in the years of her life that she spent coaching the sport of gymnastics. In an interview Lori Senecal once said that her experience coaching gymnastics is what has given her the motivation to pursue advertising. She noted that there were two things that she learned while coaching that applied perfectly to the world of advertising. She pointed out that a coach must work to meet a high standard and that they must also be sympathize or empathize with other people.
